    It would probably take me an hour or more now, I've lost my style.  Back in high school I ran in track so I was pretty fast, didn't break any records, but I loved running, and still do, my body just doesn't cooperate like it use to.

    Even into my 50's I can still run a 5 minute mile, when I was mid twenties I could run 10 miles in about 45 minutes. Partly because I used to do 1000 sit ups in an hour every night, it helps strength your stomach and learn to block out pain.

    I'm working on running a 5k in a few weeks.  Right now I'm running a fourteen minute mile, slow but I'm gaining!

    I've run 11 marathons, NY and Marine Corp , averaged 8 / 8.5 min. If I could run a 5 min,  I'd have a new Mercedes and product endorsements!  Excellent ShootersCenter!
