Why is google adsense not approving my application?

Its been 5 days since I joined hubpages.since this time I tried to apply for the google adsense 4 times but every time my application is getting rejected and every time a same kind of message is sent to me saying "We've found that your site's pages are incomplete
or under construction. We require websites to be launched and navigable
before being considered for AdSense. Your site must also contain enough
content for our specialists to review".is there any particular no of hubs to be written before applying for the adsense? anyone please tell me whats going wrong.

    Hi moqtharali,
That is absolutely natural. It's always better to apply for adsense account after you have minimum 30 hubs and after your account is 6 months old. I know this its tough to hear but thats the only way around. Meanwhile, consider this 6 months as your learning period and work on articles and attracting more traffic. There are tons of ways online to get money if you know how to make traffic. One such eg: is my hub on
    http://nanospeck.hubpages.com/hub/Make- … ith-bukisa

do check out several other oppertunities to earn online.

    Good Luck.

All the advertising networks need some amount of text or content on web pages for their code to work properly and Google Adsense is the best of them. Google Adsense requires content quality as well instead of quantity and then and only then will your application be approved if you have good quality content in sufficient quantity.

From your details question, it seems you haven't enough hubs and from your hubtivity, you wrote only 3 hubs, so it's not enough to get approved.
    You should,
    1. write more hubs (I've got approved with 7 hubs you could see)
    2. write high quality hub
    3.  content should be unique.

Good luck, wish your app get approved soon.
