True lasting happiness or solid wealth never to obtain happiness, which would you choose and why?

If you had your choice to live in a beautiful home being blessed with true lasting happiness or being blessed with solid wealth never to obtain happiness, which would you choose and why?

Where do your priorities lie?  Would lasting happiness be enough to fill all of your needs?  Would solid wealth fill your needs knowing that happiness was not within your grasp, nor was it 'for sale?'

I would choose a beautiful home and being blessed with true lasting happiness over solid wealth, without thinking about it.

Having worked with many people that have solid wealth, they cannot seem to obtain true happiness.

If that is you and your family in the picture, I think you have answered your own question......You guys look so happy.

    Hi MP50, how's it going?

Thank you for answering my question.  I voted you 'up' - (good answer and outlook.)

No, that's not me in the picture.  I thought that this photo went well with the question, I got it off the internet.

    Ciao...Princess Prisca

True lasting happiness is my choice.  It is nice to have extra money to do the things you want but when people have too much wealth, many times family is compromised to obtain it.  If I won the lottery, I would take both smile

Seriously tho, I definitely am content with true happiness (even when the kids drive me crazy)

I want both. But ultimately it has to be happiness.... which cannot be bought.
