    Quality backlinks always were and probably will be the most important SEO factor for a long time. However, as many people say, content is the king. It is much easier get backlinks for website with quality content.

    Creating unique content and posting them on quality article sites and blogs. It still works for me. Ezine still isn't bad. Yes, it does not have the same value as it had before but it still works. But you have to do more of that stuff and diversify by posting in other quality article sites.

    These days Backlinks, Unique and Quality contents are essential ..
    Apart from that using proper choice of  "keywords", "descriptions" in meta tags are necessary to get a good rank at Google.
