    For me, the best fruits to eat are apple, grapes, and oranges. These three fruits are very essential to our body. I am a health conscious man so I always eat these fruits.

    Pretty much all fruits are good to eat, but for various reasons.  They are all loaded with vitamins and essential nutrients.  This is of course assuming that they are not contaminated with pesticides or other toxins that can harm your body.

    All fruits have the same nutrition, as long as you eat the skin. Berries are good anti-oxidents; banana is good potassium; oranges/pineapple is good vitamin c; kiwi is a good anti-depressant.

    Strawberries, and I have always heard that Kiwi is great as well. Tomatoes are quite healthy.

    For me the best fruit to eat is Mangosteen because it contains anti oxidant that our body needs from radicals that surrounds us everyday. It is also known as Queen of all fruits.
