   A stereo. No need for any other fancy gadgets, in my opinion. Most gadgets these days are incredibly distracting to drivers. A good old single din stereo with 6 preset stations really minimizes what you have to play with.

      You must love your music especially where there is no distraction. I love my music too. Good idea. Minimize excessive distraction and just drive away.

   Must have a Book, Pencil and something to write on, Phone/I pod chargers are a must for the car also.

   No hands phone, satellite radio ( no commercials)..back-up notification..navigation system...dragon system so I can verbally communicate with my laptop while I drive...just in case I get an idea I want to write about...
   Oh and defintely my camera...

      I checked out your gadget and thought of how handy it can be where we are looking for protection while driving. "Never hurt your shin on a trailer hitch again" - it goes. Many drivers would be better off considering your suggestion. I just love it.
