Does the theory of evolution ends at evolving of human?
Do you think that the process of evolution is in last phases and is about to be completed at evolving of the modern human being?
Evolution is a process which goes on forever as long as there is life.
If we were put back into the wild for thousands of years without technology, we may evolve higher intellect, speed, or even strength in order to over come new obstacles perhaps along with an improved immune system. Who's to say our environment will always remain the same.
Humans right now are still changing. It's an inevitability due to mutations in our genome and the genome of other animals but in the case of other animals, natural selection is still selecting for which can survive predators, but for humans it's a lot different than before. The selective factor is not so much wild animals/natural diseases, but more for our appearance - similar to peacocks.
Evolution is like a wave. Changes may come suddenly or very slowly. Right now it's not really fast (but of course it MUST change. Africans for example are more likely to have sickle cell anemia because of it's side effect which is being immune to malaria). When the human population reaches it's peak, there will be a different selective pressure that will cause faster changes.
Now, this is just on Earth. In other to combat the problem of overpopulation, we may have to go off to different planets. Just imagine the extreme selective pressures of that!
No, we are certainly not at the end of our evolution and it may even be human facilitated. We have genetically modified crop. Perhaps one day it would be humans.

Thanks for answering my question scientifically.
Do you mean that gap between evolution of human from animal is missing some of the links. Because the difference between the intelligence level of human and the nearest link monkey is quite large.
That would be true ONLY if humans are the ultimate possible in terms of survival and reproduction in any given environmental niche. And that humans do not compete with each other in these same terms.
This is highly unlikely - someday another animal will actively compete with us for occupy an ecological niche that we desire. Tubeworms at the bottom of the sea perhaps - the surface of the earth could become impossible to live on, forcing us back into the sea if we are to survive. If that happens we will have to adapt physically or move on to another planet to survive.

If man evolved from monkeys, how come we still have monkeys?According to scientists, it has always to been said, times without number, that humans evolved from some kind of chimpanzee, ape or monkey. Well, this hypothesis is seems unrealistic to me, but if you do believe in the big bang, you should...

Through evolution theory the deceiver is attempting to silence the testimony of creation about the Creator, to destroy belief in the Word and to ultimately destroy faith in the true God, replacing him with nonsensical happenings that have no meaning, no need for good rather than evil, and no...

It was long regarded that humans have done the majority of their evolving and have largely stopped because of the cushy way in which technology has influenced out lives. In characteristics like skin colour, lactose tolerance and capillary density in people living at high altitude it is obvious that...

If humans evolved from fish or chimpanzees, why are there still fish and chimpanzees? Many scientists agree that man evolved from fish or chimpanzees. If that is the case, why are there still fish and chimpanzees. Why are there not stages of evolution going on now? There may be a...
