   It is easier to obtain optimal levels of vitamin B12, DHA omega-3 fatty acids, and other minerals (such as iron) through just a little of meat and animal products.   I wrote more about the nutritional science details here...

   For those who do not want to eat meat, they can try eggs (which contains an excellent balance of protein and fats).

   After eating meat for so long, the body begins to depend and crave on meat. If I go without meat, then I would have to risk the withdrawl symptoms which I refuse to go through.

      Your body does NOT have to experience a "culture shock" from giving up meat! LOL!!!! It could be a gradual, healthier process! But I do understand your concern. Look into the facts about meat eating, worst yet, the process of getting it to your table

   None, I'm vegan.
   
   I would say to be a little careful on what nutrients you might get less of, but the things that are dangerous in a vegan diet (iron, B12, maybe calcium) aren't really a problem with vegetarians. It makes it more difficult to dine out, perhaps?

   Humans are created as carnivorous creatures:  it is the natural order of the world for humans to eat meat.  (This coming from a vegetarian!)  Yeah, you probably meant this question from a health perspective...

      God absolutely did not create the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve to be carnivores. He gave them dominion over the animals (Genesis 1:26); God clearly gave them fruits, grains, nuts and legumes. Animal death came after sin; Because of sin!
