   My work place stresses me out. I work for a mental health therapist doing her billing and her office is in an old house. I hate old houses, they are very depressing to me.  This on in particular is very dark and I hate it.  So while the work itself is easy, I have come to dread going to work because of the environment....being surrounded by mentally ill people also takes it's toll because of the drama that happens at times.

      Oh no! I really cannot imagine why she chose that place. I mean apart from affecting you maybe it make the condition of the patients worse too.

   I think it is the people in the work place that causes the stress.  I had one super stressful job many years ago, and I was there over 10 years.  It got to the point were I was expected to do so much that it was getting to be impossible to keep up.  After a while, you burn out.  And when your doctor tells you to quit or your going to end up in a bad way healthwise, and your employer still doesn't get it, then you do not have any other options but to quit.
