Lol, love the oreo comment. I'm doing stationary bike due to a bad ankle, I average about 10 miles a sitting. Besides that I'm trying to cut down on energy drinks, sugars, and doing weight training to try and boost my muscle mass. The latter should help lose weight as well.

Thanks, but seriously, all I need is the snow to melt. I immediately lose 5 pounds of winter weight when nice weather comes. It's almost impossible to be sedimentary in the summer with so much to do.

      djashburnal,
At least you're doing something. Most people would let the ankle stop them from doing any type of workout. I like the weight training. I'm getting back into it now.
      Thanks,
      Lisa

Stop! That's not true, no matter how bad you might think it is, you are your own worst enemy. Do just one thing positive, health wise and you will feel better about yourself. Besides, people believe you if you are confident and have faith in yourself

      duffsmom,
Sometimes it seems like that is what we have to resort to after a certain number of years on the planet. It's probably not as bad as you think though.
      Thanks,
      Lisa

We are doing DDP yoga and eating more whole foods. But, that is more to get down to a healthy weight more than bikini weight.
