I have a featured hub with 508 words but Google add no ads. It has a good traffic. Do you know why?

    Hi there,
There are a number of reasons behind this. First of all as you said it has good traffic, please note that sometimes Google take traffic as 'fake web traffic' where traffic is generated through link farming, page cloaking, using doorways, traffic exchange program etc. So it can be the case.
Other than that may be Google is finding suspicious click activity ( like rewarding other hubbers by clicking on their hubpages) etc.

Remember what is natural is always preferred both by the visitors and search engines. Let me know if any of the condition applies in your case.

When you did the keyword research did you check and see if there were any paid ads on the first page of Google?

I don't know what you mean by: "Google add no ads".  Google never add ads, it's always the person/organisation who oversees the website that does that?  If there are no ads on the hub, then that is either a decision made by HubPages, or there is some technical problem.

One thing you may like to check is your setting on your account.  You may have disabled ads on your account.
Another ting I can think of is that HubPages may have disabled your ads for content.  You would see a symbol next to your ad if this was the case.
The third and last thing I can think of is that Google's policy did not  permit ads per their guidelines.
I hope this helped.   Good Luck to you!

Did you leave room for ads?  To a degree, capsules can 'crowd' adspaces.  That's why it's sometimes suggested not to put a photo capsule first in your layout--there could be an ad there instead.

If you think this could possibly the case, you could try breaking up the text into fewer, shorter capsules and see if that makes a difference.

Just a possibility to entertain.  There could also be a more fundamental issue, perhaps, as some of the previous answers have already detailed.

Yep, you've definitely got Google ads, alright.  Here's something that HP has about placement:  http://hubpages.com/faq/#hpads-appearance

Your hub has ads - I just checked.

No, I don't use an adblocker.
