I was hooked on it for a while, but over the summer I got stuck on a certain level and couldn't get past it no matter what I did or how hard I tried.. I was trapped in that same spot for weeks until I finally said "Y'know what? To hell with this," gave up and deleted the game off of my phone entirely.

I feel the exact pain that you do FatFreddysCat. I've been trapped on level #23 for what seems like forever, and like you I can't get past it no matter what I do or how hard I try.

Yes I have! I've been "stuck" numerous times. there are some online tutorials that sometimes help a little with the tough levels. I'm currently stuck at 103. Been there at least a week!

That's 80 more levels down the road for me to catch up to your tough level Act 3. I might start thinking about giving up just like FatFreddysCat did.

Ah yes... my guilty secret! lol... level 127, I have given up many times, stuck, but then after a couple of months or so I give it another go and hey presto! I pass that level straight away and I'm hooked again! I've never done an online tutorial as Act 3 says, but I didn't know there were any...

I still have 104 levels to go to catch up to where you are stuck at now Jennifer, and I'm not so sure if I really want to do that now.

I have a real tendency whenever I play computer games to just zone out and keep playing and playing and playing - to the point I usually have to keep myself from starting a game at all. Nevertheless, I still have the Candy Crush app on my tablet. It really is a fun game. But I think it's a good thing you can only get 5 lives at a time. Otherwise, I think I would be playing it all day long. However, because I often get stuck on a level for awhile, I usually run out of lives and then have to turn off the screen and get some REAL work done!

I agree with you LastRoseofSummer2 that it's a good thing that they only give you 5 lives at a time. However this causes other problems like a friend request from others playing the game at 1:30 in the morning. This kind of thing really does happen.

Oh yes I have! I used to hear my friends talk about it so much and I refused to join the game world again after cutting off my Farmville adddiction but I tried it just once and here I am... hooked in game world again.

Sometimes even the song is stuck in my head. I do not play any games except this one... a friend recommended it and now here I am addicted!
