   Slow updates today or is it just me?
   
   Usually my data is updated every two hours or so (visitor stats, etc.) but today I have gotten almost no updates.... is it just me?

   My stats page has sucked for almost half a week now.  I can't seem to see any change at all.  Last time I asked about this somone pointed out it was a common occurrence and the server was just being slow.  I thought that was just a weekend phenomenon but apparently I was wrong.

   Hmm, that explains it! I thought it was weird that certain high-performing hubs weren't showing much in stats and that my new hub hasn't had a single view. Maybe it's just a lack of updates.

   Amanda, if you want to know how long it has been since your stats were updated, look on the right hand side of the top of the stats menu, it says the time in gray writing

   As of now its been 16 hours since my last update. I thought this was one of the better sites. Looks like they need a new server. It happens from time to time on every site but the ones with the most problems are those with little or no vetting of articles. The ones where everyone writes no matter how rubbish their articles are. Here on HubPages you do not expect problems like this to last as long as it has so far. However I know a lot of people have been looking at coming over here from other sites so this could be the reason. Maybe the site has had an influx of new members and the system is finding it hard to cope. Knowing HubPages they will get it back on track soon.

   It is very unusual for stats to be stuck in the middle of the week and into Thursday. Yes, it does happen frequently during weekends and into Monday or Tuesday but this is different. I hope it corrects soon.
