   What do you think the gun laws in America should be?
   
   Over the past years, more and more gun violence has become prevalent in America, although many people wish to change the laws so that attaining guns is more difficult, others say that it is their right as stated in the 2nd amendment, where do you stand on this issue?

   Guns is a big issue in America.  The vendors have a tremendous responsibility who is the person that buys the weapon or gun. I used to go to a place were they used to sale comic books, and they sold guns too. People need to get a license to purchase the gun. Then , who ever buys it needs to pass the psychological test. If they pass. They sale the gun to the person who has all the requirements.  After, as soon they walk out of the store with the gun. They are criminals because they carry a  weapon to kill  or to hurt another body. It is sad how the world end it to this present days. Then , sales person call the police to let them know who has a gun. The county puts their name on a special list. Then , they reserve a spot in jail. The final call is to the mortician to have their measurements of their bodies ready in case they need a coffin or casket.  I listened.  The sales person saying all that over the phone to someone.

   Guns are tools to achieve a certain end and as any tool can be misuused, guns are no different. If one is set upon the death of another and one tool is not available another will be used.
   Most gun crimes in America are committed by people using illegally owned guns and by people who suffer from drug use, a failed education systen, a failed family unit, a society that has been taught that they are somehow entitled to take what they have not earned, a society that has lost respect for itself, others and authority.
   The Founders of America had little faith in government to maintain itself short of totalitarian rule and I share that sentiment. Totalitarianism is in the DNA of all government structures and to prevent that is a well armed citizenery.

   Perhaps, the argument can be made that times have changed, but I would think that it would be a false argument, as government remains the insatiable beast it has always been.
   To be serious about the increase in gun deaths one needs to look at the cause and not the tool.

      I don't agree with you, think about what other weapons do to people... is a stab wound going to have the same impact as a gun shot wound, absolutely not, gun shot wounds are much more harmful as opposed to a lot of other weapon choices.
