Sometimes, it can feel that way. Bad situations make us believe we're on our own, and we have to handle problems alone. We'll hide in our shells, silently guarding our emotions.

But that's usually not the case; I think many conflicts could be resolved through more effort to communicate and compromise. If the people you're around aren't supporting you, explore the world and meet new friends. Not everyone is trustworthy, but there are some awesome people out there.

If things really get bad, people are also always welcome to call suicide hotlines, which can help us walk through our issues.

Hii Jeremy Gill.. Can you please tell me that if communication leads to opposite reactions from others so should we call it our bad as keeping quite is the only option left with us?

No, I don't think being silent is the only option ... although it certainly is one worth considering in some situations.

I'm sure there must be someone you can talk to. Even if they don't have the answer to your problems, it can help a lot to share your thoughts.

Sometimes the hardest part is saying, "Can I talk to you about something?" But once you start talking, you have the relief of sharing your problems with someone who listens.

I notice you are a new member here at HP and have written a couple of short hubs. I do hope you'll take a look at some hubs by other writers so you can see what is required. (I'm worried your short texts will not remain featured because they are too short ... plus you are using abbreviations instead of complete words.)

HubPages is one place where you don't have to be silent. We like to read hubs that are loud and long. Take the time to explain lots about a topic, sharing everything you know, and everything you think a reader would like to know.

You can have a voice here, Srishiti arora11.

    Welcome to HubPages. smile

There is always more than one option for any given situation.
We get to choose whom to spend our time with.
The goal is to decide what you want and then determine what is the best option to have the outcome you want.
Whenever you reach a conclusion it's a "no-win" then it may be best to be silent and move on. Some people love to argue, fight, and debate. Only you know what you want out of a discussion.
It's a waste of time and energy trying to change someone's beliefs on a topic especially in the heat of the moment. However it's not unheard of for someone to reflect back on something you said and later tell you they agree with your point of view.
