This is all gobbledygook to me. I have no idea how to winkle out of this who you file a DMCA with. Perhaps someone else does.
But, if it's hosted in Russia my understanding is that you are likely to be given the middle finger if you file a complaint. Perhaps, I'm wrong. This sort of stuff is not my strong suit.
Report it to Google will at least ensure it doesn't appear in searches from the Google search engine.
How do we report this to AdSense too? Or is reporting to Google enough?

I'm currently applying for Adsense. I had found a walk through article in the Learning Center a while back, but I can't find it now. Adsense is asking what type of account that I want - Would i be an "Individual" or a "Business" account?Also, I'm signing up for it via Hubpages....
