               You can report multiple URLs on the same DMCA form though.

   This is all gobbledygook to me. I have no idea how to winkle out of this who you file a DMCA with. Perhaps someone else does.
   
   But, if it's hosted in Russia my understanding is that you are likely to be given the middle finger if you file a complaint. Perhaps, I'm wrong. This sort of stuff is not my strong suit.

      Report it to Google will at least ensure it doesn't appear in searches from the Google search engine.

            Well Adsense is a Google advertising program so I presume submitting a standard infringement form caters for that.

               As far as I understand, it means the pages can't be reached from a search. However they still exist and pages can be visited by typing the URL into a browser.
