Hello,
I am new to this platform and I have been trying to publish an article for the past 3 days. However, every time it goes through the quality assurance process, I am told that it contains spammy elements.
Article Title: 3 Must-Have Tools to Manage Internet Usage on Your PC
I have removed links and rewritten the article to focus on my personal experience with the programs mentioned, rather than promoting them. However, I am unsure if it is allowed to share articles about useful/favorite applications on this platform.
Could you please provide guidance on how I can address this issue and continue writing and sharing my experiences on this platform?
Thank you for your help.
I do not see spammy elements but then again that document is not what was submitted to HP; did you add an Amazon capsule with an unrelated product?
If you did not, the article was not rejected for spammy elements. That is a standard email sent to writers when an article fails the quality assurance process.
Hello,
No I did not include any Amazon capsules or product links in my submission. However, there were price tags attached to each program in form of text, which I have since removed. I have also fixed a few writing error like missing 'the' etc, that were present in my previous submission.
I would like to resubmit the material that is currently in the attached file, but I want to ensure that I am not causing any trouble for the reviewer. This will be my fourth time submitting the material. Can you please advise on the best course of action?
I did not see any reason for it to be rejected so maybe it was just the prices in the text. (Maybe the editor thought it looked like you were selling the program?)
I am not sure what the best course of action is at this point. Hopefully you have plenty of other ideas so you might want to shelf this for a month or so and just work on a few other things, then revisit it later on. I really do not do that much anymore but did so many years ago when I was first publishing things on the internet.
Thank you for your response. Honestly, before I move on to a new material, I would like to resubmit this material and see if it can be featured after removing the price tag and correcting any writing errors. Is there a possibility of being banned if I do this?
No, I do not think that is even a possibility. The reason people are banned, at least those that I have noticed, is that they come on the forums and are innappropriate, rude, and make personal attacks against other commenters.
I see. I will try to improve the overall quality of the article and resubmit it. If it is not accepted, I will rewrite the article and shift the whole perspective to focus on my own experiences, as suggested by Brenda.
Thank you so much for all of your help! I really appreciate it!
I am providing a link to my article on google drive for review purposes.

Rewrite this as your own experience.
Detail the problems you encountered and the solutions you've found.
Try not to emphasize the tools you found helpful without examples of what you used and how you used them.
You have some great points. Make it reader friendly & useful to anyone.
Show some actual pictures that have helped you or would be useful to another person.
Label each section...per what you are discussing.
You'll get there. Don't give up.
Thank you, Brenda, for taking the time to review my article and for providing helpful suggestions. I'll revise and improve the article.
Appreciate the help!
