Has the earnings program paid out for February, or am I the only writer who did not get paid yet? My earnings are still showing up in my balance history.
Hi Jaye I have not seen you here for several years, hope you are doing well. Is your Min Shnauzer still with you?
I had a problem with paypal this month so wanted to let you know there might be something to look at. The payment was sent from Arena but did not show up in my balance. I contacted paypal and the rep told me it was a new policy of theirs and I had to go in and approve the transaction before it was added to my balance.
There have been several changes in paypal in the last year in my country so I am not sure if this applies to the US or not. You might go into your paypal and see if a payment has been made.
If they did not send a payment, it is because you did not have $50 balance as of the end of last month. Earnings here have been terrible for about six months.
Take care.
Yes, I think my mind is still in February!!
You were not paid because you did not have an unpaid earnings balance of at least $50. You'll be paid next month.
I got paid on the 28th February. Did you have a balance owing of $50 or more?
If so, I suggest to contact the team.
Most problems with getting paid seem to fall into two categories:
1. People wrongly think that they've passed the 50-dollar threshold because they're including earnings that came after the cut-off point. Like Bev says, you'd had to have fifty dollars earned by the end of Jan to get paid at the end of Feb. (It can be extra confusing if you have Amazon earnings, as you don't get them for two months)
2. The other issue tends to be PayPal problems, as Dr Mark says, which is generally outside of HP's control and usually has to be resolved by PayPal, as I understand it.
Generally speaking, if there are payment problems at HP's end (for example, when payments are processed late) it seems to affect all of us.
If you contact HP, they can probably tell you what the problem actually is.

I've been steadily earning money through Amazon for the first time this year. It's nothing major, but I would still like to get paid. On my account it shows the Amazon earnings under the hubpages account, however I'm not being paid through hubpages for my Amazon earnings. When I log onto my Amazon...

What date does the Hubpages ad program pay approximately? I reached payout in April, and checked my paypal, but have not received payment yet. I think I recall someone saying they were paid on the 20th or 21st.
