Going by your post, the standard of your written English is not up to the required standard.

      OR

You've tried to publish an AI-generated article. You can't use AI text on HubPages.

You joined HP three days ago. So you have a lot to learn. Your standards are below HP qualifications, which is why your article is not featured. I suggest reading the information in the Learning Center and discovering for yourself what you are doing wrong.

The link didn't work for me. That said, check the rating criteria as they said. But also, sometimes certain links get identified as spammy by mistake. I've had that happen. I can only see your article topic, but if you linked to a job search site or maybe a charity that may have been mistakenly identified as spam. I had emailed Hub Pages before and they sorted it out, not sure if that is still an option.
When I had my situation I turned to the forums for help and that was not helpful unfortunately. Some people were actually kind of rude. I could have given up but I sent an email and it was just a mistake about the links, nothing was wrong with the article, just misidentified as spammy. So don't give up.
I agree that it would be nice if they were more specific. Its probably not practical to give personalized feedback. But I think they could be more specific than they are. Can't fight city hall though. Like I said, read the criteria, maybe try an email, and keep trying if it matters to you. You'll get it. Good luck.

I think it's safe to say, given the AI-generated bio, that the article violated that rule. He's probably decided not to bother.

I also think it's safe to say that it's not worth it for him to be a professional and write a worthy article on HubPages.

You should also be careful not to include "spammy elements."
