   Without looking back, Martin turns the door handle and is about to cross the threshold to the outside when Julia calls out to him, "Martin....."

    because i'm different. i never knew it would turn out this way for us. sex just isn't the same anymore. i will be honest mabye your better off without me.. she looks on in horror as he holds a gun to his chest and pulls the triger..she can't believe what she's seeing

    It was unfortunate that his lover whom he just shot was actually an image in the mirror. 
    
    The ghostly image stood stunned as she received the soul of Marty.  At last they were reunited!  He was no longer the 92 year old man that had been bound but a body that no longer functioned in the way it did.  He was young again.  His soul embraced the ghostly image of his lover... Annie. 
    
    Annie had died some 50 years previously.  He adored her.  She was the love of his life and now their souls entwined... merging and re emerging, like the northern lights.
