I am new to HubPages and would like some help with this page. This has been a starter page for me. Sadly, there is not much on the topic yet, but it can always be made better.

Hello. I'm glad to see you got around to doing your first hub. Yes, you are correct there isn't much information on it, but you presented what you did know, quite well.

However, I would like to advise you to include more keywords than just two.  Usually, keywords are to be between 9-15 words the SE's can use to index your hub.

You presently have MMA and EAsports?  What about fighting, wrestling, cage fights and other similarly related words. I would also considering adding a poll? Ask a question to get your viewer involved in the page, besides just reading. I like the video, but I don't recommend putting in the beginning, because I'm unsure if it hurts your indexing.

Please remember, GOOGLE selects wording from the beginning of your hub to display on links indexed. Such, as a description. When you check or search on engines, you get links and descriptions. I am not sure GOOGLE will have any ability to grab a hold of your wording in the beginning.

I could be wrong. Like I said, I am unsure. smile

You need more content.. as caggie says - dont just list!  You need to go to FAQ - hubpages can help you to improve!  Hope this helps!

Thanks for the help. I've done a lot of work on the page. Some more information was released recently, so I was able to add a lot more. What do you think now?

    Better. Well done.

Again, I'm not sure about the video in the beginning? I don't know if that will help or hurt your indexing.

There are others who might know, such as Darkside, Relache, Nellie Hoxie, Sunforged and a handful of others.

I would suggest you do at least a little research, on how they setup their own hubs, to give you a better idea.

Please also remember, some people are here to simply write, some want to make money, and some want both.

I happen to be for both. Again, I hope I helped. smile

After thinking about your advice, I floated the top video to the right. Would that help indexing? If not, would putting a picture to the right, then the video below be better?

I would be wary of using links in the first couple of paragraphs. Sites like infobarrel ban them outright because it makes it look like a spam page just set up to drive traffic to a money page.

Also, maybe the blocks of text are too big. More headings and shorter paragraphs are less daunting for most readers.

Having said that, it looks like you have a good keyword and a ton of information. I reckon you will get good traffic.

Hi! I think you should move the video towards the middle.  That way you won't block the adsense advert that people can click on and will pay you.  That is, if earning money matters to you.
