Yes. He was foolish enough to administer the drugs, knowing damn well of the consequences.
furthermore, i think he should be stripped of his license and not allowed to practice medicine ever again, and should be criminally negligent and go to prison. too many doctors are protected and get away with all kinds of stuff. i mean they are not gods. we question people working on our cars but we don't question people working on our bodies. makes no sense to me.
