Sormy - that is the most encouraging news i have heard in a long time - the word diet kills me - I do a great deal of exercie - run/walk 40 mile per week - meditation - in my humble home I have my punch bag, bike, weights, skipping rope, dart board (throwing darts you can put up a few mile going to and from the board ha ha) - I eat like a horse - stews - steak etc etc I am as fit as a fiddle.......I hate the word diet...get fit...get out and walk you are a very impressive lady well done
