      I would suggest the Nintendo Wii console. The PS3 and XBox 360 are way too similar to have both in my opinion, plus the Wii console is pretty cheap, and has a completely different style of gameplay, which makes it much more entertaining than the other consoles for when you have friends over and the like!

      I'm still thinking about picking up a Wii, but I'm also debating on that or the PS3. I have an Xbox 360 right now, and it's serving it's purpose... Hmmm.. decisions!

      Wii bundle at least 2 remote 2 nunchuck + selected multiplayer family games, more many more merry.

      This is a great platform, very enjoyable & fun. We do play wii games regularly.
