The Avengers Squinkies - Marvel Squinkies Release Date, Prices

This time round we are taking a look at the new Squinkies bubble pack, this one is called the Marvel Avengers Squinkies. We will take a look at all the Avengers characters, take a look at release dates for these Squinkies, prices and where you can buy them online. Squinkies are small soft toys which come in little gum balls. These have been around for a few years now and the company behind them, Blip Toys are always looking for new characters to bring out. In the past we have seen a few Marvel characters and so Blip Toys have decided that it is time to give us a range of Marvel Avengers characters. The main reason for this is simply because over the summer of 2012 the Avengers movie is released and this of course will raise the profile of the toys and make them all the more popular. So let’s take a look at this new bubble pack.

So with the release of this new bubble pack we are going to see eight new characters. This set is known as the Marvel Avengers bubble pack and we are expecting it to retail at around the $15 mark which is average for a set such as this one. As for release date there does not seem to be any official date but as far as we are aware these are already available in a few shops and you can also buy them online. So if you hunt around you should be able to pick up this new set.

So the bit you are probably most interested in is finding out which new Marvel Avengers Squinkies we are actually going to be getting. Well the new characters are going to be Hulk, Captain America, Hawkeye, Thor, Black Widow, Iron Man, Loki and also Nick Fury. If you are familiar with the Avengers you will know that these are all the main characters and when the movie is released these are going to be the characters that everyone is talking about.

Along with the eight characters you also get two mini toys. One of these is the Avengers Logo with flames coming out of the bottom and the other is the Quinn Jet. These are a nice inclusion as they add that little bit more variety. The gum balls are red as you would probably expect from an Avengers set. Overall these look like being really nice toys, there is a slight possibility that we may see more Avengers Squinkies in the future but as they have already exhausted all the main characters it is pretty tough to see where they would go for a second series.

Blip Toys have been very busy in 2012. They seem determined to pump as many new Squinkies out into the market as possible. We have seen new releases for both boys and girls. In the past few months we have seen Power Rangers Squinkies, WWE, Spongebob Squarepants, Minnie Mouse and even a whole new range of smaller toys known as Squinkie Zinkies. All of these now toys are selling very well for the company and they will no doubt look to bring even more out in the coming months.

Along with all these new bubble packs we have also seen Blip Toys bring out a few new dispensers. A dispenser is basically a small gumball machines used for giving out the little gum balls that the toys come in. The most popular one of these seems to be the Crazy Crane which is based on the arcade game where you control a claw which drops down to retrieve a prize. We have also been given the Minnie Mouse dispenser which is aimed at young girls.

Squinkies have become very popular in recent years. These are easy to collect and come at a good cheap price. Every few months there are new toys released and Blip Toys seem focused on keeping these as up to date as possible. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of these little soft characters to collect and children seem to love playing with them and swapping them. With the release of the new Avengers movie Blip Toys look set to have more great success with their new range of Avengers Squinkies. Now it looks as though the release date has come and gone, all you can do is get shopping and buy one of these new Marvel bubble packs.
