When inserting a game it always says "Play DVD" and it wont play the game, What to do?
It's been doing this off and on. But after 15-20 tries it used to finally play the game. Now it wont at all. We bought a lens cleaner, no help.
The reason is either the Discs are scratched or your xbox drive got a problem. You can call microsoft and inform them for your problem. If your console is not banned from xbox live and is at most 2 years old, they will come and take it from your house and repair it completely free. You don't even pay the shipping cost. The proccess will take 3-7 days from the day you called them
