I've played IMVU and I actually have friends who really enjoy it. At first its alittle over whelming with creating everything but once you get settled in its a breeze. Conversations, and the interactions with other players is fun. Have you ever played the sims? Its similar to that just not as in depth and of course you can meet other players. I don't play on a regular basis, but like I said friends do.  I think its one of those things try it and see if you like it, whats the harm? You'll delete it and be done with it.

I played Second Life for about a year, and honestly it is one of the most interactive games you will ever play. Everything is customizable and you can create whatever you want and make real money in the real life. You can go to clubs, dance, talk to people, and listen to real, live DJ's play tunes.

The only downside to the game is that unless your computer isn't decked out, then you have to really dumb down the graphics to run it because the lag and frame rate issues are really bad.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I play smeet and I find it very enjoyable. I've tried second life before but it didn't work too well on my computer.

From what I understand you are looking for a type of MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game). A good one I think you will like from reading what you wrote would be Puzzle Pirates.

You can look at some of my hub's which are all about MMORPG's. Currently I only have a single hub published but have plans for many more very soon.

I played Second Life for a bit, and I mean its not bad, however, the freedom it gives you kinda gets annoying at one point. Its hard to explain, so here's an example.

You can have cars in Second Life, and this could have been an awesome industry. The problem is, everybody is free to give their car whatever stats they want so you can't sell slower cars for less, and also, everybody can fly, which will generally be faster then driving.
