Are there any hobbies you stopped doing that you really want to get back into again?
I use to play the violin. I really want to start again but unfortunately I outgrew my violin. And buying a good one is so expensive. Though I promised myself when I get a new job I will treat myself to a new or at least gently used violin.
Whatever you stopped doing or really want to do for the pure enjoyment of it, treat yourself. And do it.
I used to sew a lot on my sewing machine. I have a folder on my computer with a large collection of sewing projects I'd like to do, but finding the time to get started again is hard.
Yes, I used to love to play golf. But, I would play with my 2 Brothers. The oldest passed away. I haven't touched a golf club since.
I stopped playing the violin after my father died. I've kicked myself about it a lot. I hope one day you can enjoy golf again.
Thank you Stacey. I hope the same for you concerning the violin.
I used to be a big time comic book collector but "retired" about fifteen years ago. I sometimes daydream about getting back into it but I don't have the storage space for a huge collection in my current abode.
I used to paint Warhammer miniatures but desperately failed at it. So instead, I wouldn't mind just getting into reading the old codexes, and modding the models (something I could do).
