Should I Buy a Nintendo 64?
I have been thinking and I want to start writing reviews for N64 games on Hubpages. Is this a good idea?
That depends on what angle you're taking. Given that the N64 has been obsolete for more than a decade, there isn't going to be much demand for reviews of old games. However, if you want to review the arcade versions released for the Wii Shop Channel, that's a different story. But, in that case, you would need to get a Wii, not an N64.
Plenty of people are going back to the classic games nowadays. Those people who weren't around for the generation, and those who want to go back to the games they had when they were growing up. I want to review these games for that audience.
Depends. Can you afford to part with fifteen-forty bucks for an ancient video games console? If so, get one. I paid £15 for mine and I was rather happy with the purchase, but finding games in stores now is harder than a rock in the Warhammer world. If you have a Wii, I'd recommend M. T. Dremer's suggestion about getting them on the Wii Shop.
Well, www.jjgames.com has a ton of N64 games on sale for anywhere between $2.50 and $40, depending on the rarity of the game. I play on paying about $40 dollars for my N64 and controller. I want to do this just for old time/collectors sake.
I could always just play the roms on my laptop, the reason I want to get the N64 is to get the experience I had when I was a kid.

My sister (she's 9) likes to play video games and even plays cod with me. What would be a nice system for her? Something little girls enjoy and it won't just sit on a shelf.***Title should have been "video GAME console"***

The WiiU has been out for a good several months now, and has sparked good and bad feedback, as would be expected of any new console. But what really makes our ultimate decision? What says yes or no to throwing money at that shiny new console? In this case, what makes us throw money at Nintendo, or...
