    Explain the relationships.  It's easy.

    They are married to sisters and their mothers are sisters.

    They are married to sisters -- brothers in law
    They have the same mother -- brothers
    They have different dads who are brothers -- cousins

      It's correct & there's a technical term for people who are both siblings and cousins in this manner, "3/4 siblings."
