What's your favorite weapon of all time in any video game?

Mine is the Holy handgranade from the game Worms, such a epic granade big_smile

I've got to admit that the Holy Hand-grenade would be an excellent choice, particularly when it's a Monty Python reference.

But believe it or not, mine would have to be the Chicken Drumstick, from Medievil 2. I'm unsure of its power, but I think it explodes after a time or it distracts enemies. Who the Hell cares anyway, it's a chicken drumstick! If not that, then the Hammer of Thor from the same game, which does Area of Effect damage and squashes enemies to look like they've been run over by a steamroller, OR the Gatling Gun from Medievil 2. Tough choices to make.

Mine would be magic, long distance, visually stunning and can destroy the neighboring enemies, too. smile

I think it was that weird long-distance weapon from Painkiller. I really can't seem to remember its name, but it basically shoots down a wooden lance which tears through the enemy and then impales him to the wall smile

I like Ness's trusty baseball bat and the beautiful sound it makes when it connects with an enemy. KLUNK.

I don't know if this would qualify as a weapon, but the Fierce Deity mask from the Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, has to go down as one of the coolest, and yet most underutilized item in gaming. Turning Link into a super powerful, god-like incarnation of himself and then limiting it to just boss battles? How sad. I still cross my fingers every time there is a new smash bros, hoping he will be a stronger alternate version (or at least costume) for Link.

Masamune from final fantasy 7, because I just love how it looks. I think Masamune in that game is a katana of some sort, and I really like katana like weapons in games.
