Yes folks, in my opinion the best PlayStation game ever released is Final Fantasy 7. Don't agree? Respond back and make your thoughts count.
Final Fantasy is up there for me. (Check out my hub and you will see) but I have to go with Doom. Or GT.
Final Fantasy... Blah! I don't think there is a best one. I have a few favorites but PlayStation has yet to come out with something that can hold my attention for more than a few days.
I've bought a Play Station and many games but I not invited to play.
I have no debate to bring as I also think the best Playstation game is FFVII.
Though Legend of Dragoon and Suikoden are worthy rivals.
All games are the best until after you whoop it a couple times then on to the next, then next.....and so on.. eventually all games start looking the same and become boring for a glut until ya wear out another part of lifes entertainments and go back to for awhile.Eventually you just bcome a conspiracy theorist and hate all life.. jk lol...ROT3K series was the best
My favorite so far is Kingdom Hearts 2. I also like Final Fantaxy X
If your talking the very first Playstation? Than you have another vote for Final Fantasy 7
Many of us bought Playstation solely for FF7!
although for group play, I spent more time playing Coolboarders, Tony Hawk and Tekken 3.
Fallout 3 by a country mile, it is like a pick a path book, so you can play it over and over and it comes out different every time. Also the Need For Speed has held my attention for a couple of years.(Besides, you can do things like get on it and paint all your husbands cars bright pink...HA)
fallout 3 IS the best game!
you start out literally being born. so rad.
and i am obsessed with the playstation network game Supersonic rocket powered battle cars...you play soccer with little race cars with rockets, its awesome. addictive. and cheap.
I have to cast a vote for God of War on the PS2.....wow!
i watched a demo for god of war III on PS3.
i never played any of the other ones but i NEED this game.
Haven't played the game yet, but I hear it is really good. I like Uncharted 2, Killzone 2 was pretty good too. MSG4 had a really nice story as well!
- PS3-Only: Socom series (EXCEPT Socom: Confrontation by Slant 6)... even though Little Big Planet is a cute & fun game too
- Cross-Platform: Modern Warfare series (COD4:MW, MW2) & Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (currently... because that's what I'm hooked on - ha!)
Best PS1 game has to be Silent Hill, with Metal Gear Solid as a close second.
Final Fantasy 7 is good, but has many flaws in my opinion, and Resident Evil has never been my favorite franchise.
I realize that it is blasphemy to suggest a sports title in a thread like this but MLB '10 The Show deserves a mention. Regardless of how boring a person may find baseball, the attention to detail shown in this game is absolutely mind-blowing. I list 50 things that I have never seen a sports simulation correctly capture before that the Show has spot on. More than once have I had someone walk in while I was playing and fail to realize that they were watching a video game.
I would certainly go for GOW
God Of War I,II,III.
Nothing can beat it.
