   Built on a custom-built neural network designed to model the opinions, beliefs, thoughts and biases of thousands of virtual citizens, Democracy 4 is the state-of-the-art in political simulation games.    At the nominal cost this may prove to be a great adventure and probably days of fun, fun, fun as the real to life stuff hits ‘me’ as ‘my’ country’s President. I mean c’mon . . . how bad can I screw things up and for whom? Rumor is there could be a revolution. How would I handle that? Just let the imagination jump from here to there while making decisions.
