Abs Butt Thigh Exercising Workout

Yes! I still workout using the Core Rhythms Dance Exercise Program.

I don't stick to a strict diet but I have cut down on the carbohydrates, eat a lot more fruit and vegetables and drink a lot more water instead of soda. In the past year I've lost at least 7 pounds and never felt like I was going hungry or depriving myself of food. I made small changes that I can live with for the rest of my life instead of feeling I'm on a diet all the time.

I also added exercising to my weekly routine. If I only have time to exercise twice a week, I make sure I dance around for at least an hour. If I have more time to spare throughout my week I'll workout for 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week. The point is, I have added exercising to my everyday life and now exercising is now a PART OF MY LIFE. If I don't exercise I gain weight. It's as simple as that. When I don't exercise I feel less energized and sluggish. Exercising has helped me feel better balanced, healthier, fit and I notice I sleep a lot better too.

It took me a couple of years to learn MOST of the Core Rhythms Dance Exercise Programs. Each week I would choose a different DVD disc to leave in my DVD and when it was time to exercise I would turn it on and simply start moving and did my best to follow. Over time I got very good at doing the dance steps that make me sweat and help keep me in shape and I have yet to learn all of the dance exercise programs that came with the program when I bought it. There are dozens of dance routines to learn. I do not get easily bored because each disc has many different routines to follow. I rotate the discs each week so it helps me use different muscles each time I dance and exercise without getting bored.

I felt it would be a good idea to update the content of this article to let visitors know that I STILL dance to the Core Rhythms Dance Exercise Programs and I've NOTICED my body is more fit and I feel more confident and comfortable when I get dressed. Yes, my body curves have changed but they changed for the better and I look and feel better too. I STILL recommend buying the Core Rhythm Dance Exercise Program AND suggest not focusing on dieting but making life long changes instead.

I started with the Full Workout and it took me months to learn the routine but now I pop in the Jumpin Jive discs, Swing Sensation, Samba Fusion, Waist Trimmer Combo, Buns & Thigh Blaster Combo and the bonus discs. They all get you moving and make exercising seem less like a chore but something fun that gets you moving and feeling good.


Losing weight dieting can only do so much. Most people who diet think of food more often compared to when not dieting. I'm one of those people. If I stick to a strict diet I think of food from morning till night because I'm thinking about what I can eat and when I can eat it.

Unless you get a natural high out of exercising many people procrastinate because it's hard to get motivated but what if exercising wasn't so boring?

About six months ago I purchased the Core Rhythms Dance Exercise Program . I love it. Dancing your way to a better fit body makes exercising so much more fun than walking on a treadmill or riding a stationary bicycle. Doing the same old exercise routine is dull and boring. Using Core Rhythms is not only for your abs. You start working out your core then your upper abs, middle abs, lower abs, obliques and your back all at the same time while having fun. There's also a booty crunching DVD which not only targets your butt but you'll notice your thighs are suddenly more slender too. I can agree.

From my experience using the Core Rhythms Dance Exercise Program I can say it works. When I first received it in the mail I got right to it. The first week all I did was the Kick Start DVD and practiced all the sections. The second week I started the Full Workout DVD and used the help button a lot but now I can do the 45 minute Full Workout from start to finish and feel great afterward. I found it to be easier to follow and learn while doing the workout using the back view. Now I'm almost finished learning the whole Jumping Jive DVD and the Buns and Thigh Blaster Combo. I suggest learning the 45 minute Full Workout first because learning that first makes learning all the rest so much easier and so much fun.

I want to share with you this. When I first started using Core Rhythms the first two weeks I did it every day to learn the workout and dance steps. Then I would workout every third day for at least an hour and I did that for months. I felt great, I lost weight without dieting and my all my clothes fit again comfortably. I skipped working out the month of February and I will never do that again. I can tell you dancing, moving and sweating three times a week for an hour helps you drop weight and sculpts your body. Besides looking better I feel better. I'm back on track.

A Few Diet Tips:

I'm not much for dieting but since I got back into a regular exercising program I'm more aware of what I eat. I don't stick to a strict diet but I have made a few adjustments which are working for me. Flavored rice cakes late at night is my newest adjustment. Not many people like rice cakes but I like them. Apple Cinnamon and caramel satisfy me. I'll eat three or four of them and not feel guilty at all. I believe rice cakes are 50 calories each. It's better than eating a dozen cookies. I've cut down eating bread. I don't eat it every day. Lately I've purchased Pepperidge Farm Deli Flats which are 100 calorie thin rolls. I also started eating wheat pasta. I'm very satisfied and I don't feel sluggish afterward. Popcorn is another great late night snack. Soda is a huge no no. I was never much for soda but I've been told time and time again soda is filled with sugar and calories. If your a soda gunky drink diet soda.

      Change your thought process about food. Learn about the nutritional value and learn to love first class foods rather than the foods that are advertised.

      I like rice cakes for the crunch not the flavor. Much better for us than the other alternatives. Rice cakes is a great addition to my first class foods - thank you for bringing that to our attention.
