Birch Tree Juice – Organic Fresh Juice

Birch juice is a colorless, sweet liquid that has no smell. It contains glucose and fructose, vitamin C, salts of calcium, sodium, copper, iron, organic acids, enzymes and other useful substances. With such a large amount of substances this juice obviously has a number of healing properties. Birch juice has been used from ancient times as an antiscorbutic and diuretic substance. You can drink birch juice if you have gout, rheumatism, edema, furunculosis. Also you can apply it externally – with eczema and other skin diseases. The ancient method of its preparing is that in the barrel with the juice a linen bag with crusts of rye bread is placed, and after two days a bucket of crushed oak bark (a natural preservative) is poured there. After a week kvass is ready. Corked barrel can be stored throughout the winter.

To improve the resilience of the body and removing toxins from it you are encouraged to drink a brew of European Weeping Birch leafs. Prepare it as follows: 8-10g of dried crushed leafs (or 10-15g of fresh ones) mix with 1 teacup of boiled water and keep in thermos for 4-5 hours, then filter and take 1 tablespoon 4-5 times a day.

If you have a cardiovascular disease (ischemic heart disease, cardiac edema) you may use birch seeds. Take 10g of dry seeds, mix it with 1 glass of water, bring it to boiling and boil for 15 minutes. Strain after. Take 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day.

As a means of prevention from any liver diseases you can take brewed leaves or seeds. Brewed seeds also help with acute respiratory diseases.

During pregnancy, you can not use birch extracts.
