The success of any project depends a lot on how seriously you plan it. The same thing is true for dieting. Here is an effective slimming plan that will help you diet in seven simple steps.

Step 1: Taking Notes

Buy a small notebook. You will note your weight, your daily menu, your achievements, mistakes and failures in it. You need to keep it at hand all the time: at home, when visiting friends, and in a restaurant.

Step 2. Weigh yourself.
Step 2. Weigh yourself.

Step 2: Setting Weight Goals

Weigh yourself. Write down how many kilos you would like to lose. Set real goals. If you decide to lose 10 kilos during two weeks, this is doomed to fail. To begin with, set the goal to lose 2 kilos in ten days. Be aware that you can only achieve a quick result when you diet in the wrong way, which in reality means starving. But if you use this method, you will regain your weight very quickly. Most probably, you will gain additional kilos, too. When you diet correctly, extra kilos disappear slowly. The fact is, your body needs time to tune in, to get used to the new diet.

Step 4: Veggies and Fruit Menu

Add more vegetables and fruit to your menu. Eat them every day. They contain a lot of fiber that helps to cleanse the body and thus aids to get thinner. In winter, give preference to frozen vegetables and fruit, which are much more beneficial during the cold season.

Step 3: Transition Period

Before choosing a diet, make a transition period. Change your eating regime during ten days. You need to eat every 3 to 5 hours. Try to replace harmful products with beneficial ones. Replace fat dishes with low fat ones. Introduce more lean meat products into your menu. Use vegetable oil for your salads.

Step 6: Including Milk Products

Include milk products in your daily menu. They contain calcium, which in its turn helps dissipate fat tissue. It is better to consume low fat milk products though, which have less than 1,5 % in fats.

Step 5: Drink Wisely

Restrict yourself as far as beverages are concerned. Alcohol, soda, canned juices are not the right drinks. They only suck water out of you. It is high time to start drinking beverages that will resource you. Water is the best of them all. You can also drink green and herbal tea. A human should drink about 30 ml of liquid for one kilo of body weight.

Step 7: Cater Yourself

Allow yourself small pleasures. During a diet cater yourself to avoid a failure. Let your prize be a rare fruit that you have been dreaming of for a long time. Or let it be a film that you wanted to watch long ago. If you want to eat something fattening, talk yourself into doing this in the morning. Meanwhile the treacherous desire will disappear. If it stays, eat the forbidden fruit. Eaten in the morning, it will harm your silhouette less than consumed in the evening.
