    My kids, niece and nephew get the nerf guns out that have the foam bullets and have a tournament. We each take a turn standing about ten feet in front of the microwave and see who can get best out of ten to stick on the small window. The two people who score the most go to the final round which is best out of 20 shots.
    It's so much fun!

    I run to the headland and perch on a rock and look across to the Holy island where a Buddist community live.  I feel really inspired and the run home always seems easier.  I like to feel at peace as my mind catches me up in whirls.  Sometimes I need the peace so I run....
