    Generally I sleep deep... but I dream daily... and sometimes... 2 or three days in a week... these dreams wake me up twice or thrice in the night...

    But when I have something pending on my mind... I am unable to sleep well until my work is finished

    Our discomfort during sleep forces us to wake up in order to shift to more comfortable positions. It depends.

    Right now, about 5-7. When I'm not in the last couple weeks of pregnancy, usually once but occasionally twice.

    After having 6 kids, average - 2yrs apart, I got used to waking up in the middle of the night. Now my youngest is five.... smile

    I only wake up when I need to relieve myself. Otherwise, it will be till morning.

    Maybe twice the most but that's seldom. I've always had good sleeps as far as I can remember. Trying to avoid drinking large amount of liquids at least two hours before bed was a great help.
