What helps your Chronic Fatigue / Fibromyalgia?

So I have a vague diagnosis of "a Chronic Fatigue or Fibromyalgia-type thing", after years of problems.  But the doctor didn't really have any suggestions about what I should do for it.  Have you found anything (exercise, therapy, self-help etc..)  that helps the pain and the fatigue?

    Thanks.

    Good Day Moon Daisy,

Chronic Fatique Syndrome (CFS) and Fibromyalgia are tough medical scenarios to resolve.  However, there is specific treatments and medical referrals that can provide significant relief.

I hate to simply provide links to my home web site "word press" articles (I don't have any written hubs on the specific topic of pain management)...  because I don't believe in promoting my home site via hubpage questions.

Nevertheless, I've written two MirrorAthlete home site articles I believe would provide you some of the answers you seek to relieve your pain.  Those article links are:

Simply Cut & Paste the HTTP link into your browser for viewing.  In some browsers it may be necessary to precede these links with www.

Why Chronic Pain and Fibromyalgia challenge pain specialists:

You do not have to subscribe to read these free articles with an email address.  If it helps I'm providing direct access if you'd like to read them.

    I hope you find relief,

As a chronic pain suffer myself, It took me years through a combination of specialist, pain medications, supplements and therapy that significantly reduced the pain to tolerable sustaining levels.  I now have quality of life activity experiences that was not the case a few years back.

I'm not a doctor and will not pretend to be one.  However, within the two articles I'm sharing led to the alleviation and "more than" partial remedies and reduction to my chronic pain.

Be persistent with medical referrals from the right specialists to get the pain relief resources you need and deserve and work for you.  It was a combination of these resources within these articles that worked for me.

I'm sure their is a combination of treatment and application that may help you as well.  All two often our family practitioners don't refer us to get the best medical treatment for a specific illness or disease connection.

Good health to you and your family.  I'll pray you find the relief your looking for.

For me pain often keeps me from sleeping deeply so I am up many times during the night. On the rare nights I sleep well, I notice my pain levels the next day are much better.  So for me rest is paramount but difficult to get as I refuse to take medication.

Stretching and chair exercises help me with arm pain and shoulder tension. I have found nothing that helps the pain in my legs.

Chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia has become very wide spread, and finally recognized in the medical field, as a "real condition". I have done extensive research for my mother was diagnosed with this condition. Among the findings are that this condition is a mixed infection. Stemming from a viral infection, to bacteria, and fungus, and yeast. Among the most helpful of the many things were addressing the underlying cause , getting restful sleep, and relieving pain. For the mixed infection, using olive leaf, oil of oregano, and garlic. Cycle through each one, taking a bottle, then switch to the next. Among the many causes of the infection include, CMV virus, mono, epstein barr, that were not irradicated, by cycling through the anti infectives, you will improve. For sleep, melatonin 5-20mg at bedtime. Sleep is the most important aspect of recovery. Your immune system is most active, and restorative at night, that is why it is so important. For pain, cherry is the most effective of the natural substances. A prescription may be required. Flexiril, Mobic, or naproxen, was effective for her. Naproxen is available over the counter as Aleve. 2 tablets twice a day is the same strength as prescription. Name brand is the only one so far, that actually works.
For more information, as well as dosage amounts read my article http://artist101.hubpages.com/hub/Natur … d-Function I hope this helps. I know how frustrating it can be to have this condition. Consider yourself lucky in receiving a diagnosis, as many patients go from dr, to dr, for years, and never receive the right treatment.

CBD will take care of both issues. Do your research on it, it really works. And, find another doctor, get one that is on your team and is ready to try hard for you. Stay strong and be your own best medical advocate. Do not leave all up to a doctor.
