   Tea, lemonade, I make water kefir (a probiotic) It's fizzy and mixed with juice it's like a soda.  My kids love it and they get a healthy dose of probiotics when they drink it.

      When I want something sweet lemonade is my go to drink and grape juice. I'm going to try the water kefir. I see a lot of ways to make it on the internet. Do you have a special way?

      I do have a way I do it, but the comments aren't long enough My boys like it sweetened with apple/cherry juice. You can also mix with vanilla and stevia for a "cream soda" flavor. The first batches have a stronger "fermented" flavor just an FYI

   A good-tasting mineral water. It's up to you to find the one that's appropriate for you. Mineral waters rich in minerals are more likely to have some taste than low-mineral ones.
   
   The whole point of mineral water is that it does not taste like plain tap water, which many people can't imagine to drink.
   
   Mineral water has a fresh taste and it's just about right: it does not stuck in your stomach as fruit juices and soft drinks tend to, it does not promote weight gain, is not addictive and it's usually cheaper than other beverages.

      Thanks Jan, I do drink tons of water every day. Will try mineral water. I'm looking for sweet drink ideas that are somewhat healthier than the alternatives.
