I am just about 3 weeks post op acdf C5/6. Five years ago I was fused at C4/5. Medicine has come


Along way since then, but it seems the general rule is still a 5 lb max. I have a six day a week training regimen which includes lifting and conditioning. Does anybody have success stories on an early return? Since the surgery I have been back in the gym, playing around, it's extremely frustrating knowing what I was able to do prior to the injury and seeing how much I actually lost in Such a short period of time.
