Guys! Would you help me on how to have a great and healthy/balance nutrition?
Anything not processed. Anything green. Any fruit or veggie! It's not too complicated. If it comes premade it probably isn't good for you. If it grows from the ground or has been cooked from scratch it is probably good for you.
