What are some healthy foods that you can't stand?

For me it would be beans and lentils. I know they are really healthy but I never buy them or eat them because, well, I just don't like them. Do you have a dislike for any healthy foods (outside of the usual broccoli and brussel sprouts which many people do not like)?

Ahaha! Yes they do need some cornmeal to make them a bit better!

With the exception of raw spinach and peppers, I hate all green vegetables.

I never cared for eggplant either - it seems so tasteless and boring.

Oh my gosh--I'll take your share.  I love eggplant---roasted in a sandwich; breaded and fried in eggplant parmesan...  ;-)

There are a few (although I actually LIKE broccoli and brussel sprouts): asparagus, turkey burgers, artificial sweeteners, eggplant, cauliflower, green tea, cooked spinach (the fresh is ok) and most especially- tofurkey. And I kind of like the taste of cabbage, but stay away from it as it tears my stomach up.

Tofurkey - now that's a new one I haven't heard of! Is that a cross between tofu and turkey?

It is tofu that has been molded so it is supposed to resemble turkey and cooked in seasonings commonly found in real turkey in the aim to make the taste buds into thinking it tastes like turkey. Simply put, a nasty vegan Thanksgiving dish!

I like all healthy foods - broccoli, asparagus, Lima beans, etc. - the only ones which I do not like are the ones which I have researched that are unhealthy for us (artificial sweeteners, soy, tofu, farmed fish, etc.)

I agree especially with the artifical sweeteners -- they leave a bad taste and my hands seem to tingle just a tiny bit every time I have them.

I always look at the ingredients and research them. That tells you about side effects for normal people, illnesses, medicines, etc.
