    I want to start off saying I have a very strong passion for fitness, exercise, health, and healthy lifestyle. I live a healthy lifestyle myself so I can lead by example. I've worked had a personal trainer for over 3 years. I like to put things very simple so people can understand and learn them easier. Not every person can understand the whole science behind things. I like things to be very simple cause I know we all have other things in our lives that are very difficult.
    I want to do my best to show people the right way to live a healthy lifestyle. I know there's so much info out there that people can't understand or get very confused about. I'll try to explain things different and show you what info is the right info. I'll use what I've learned and seen that worked on my clients and other people.
