Hello all. My name is KarriLee. I am a newhubber (if that is a word here) and just wanted to say hello. I've been on Squidoo for awhile now and finally decided last night to take the plunge and learn HubPages. I really like it a lot and especially love forums so I will be on here quite a lot. I look forward to making friends and getting to know you. Please drop me a line...God Bless. smile

Usually the new hubbers call themselves "nubbers" Im pretty new , but im also kind of a regular so people tend to call us "rubbers" and when you write a really great hub, we like to congratulate you on your "grub" people who write lots of great hubs are called "grubbies"

      Hope that helps!

I look forward to the day we can call you a Rubber too, Welcome and "Dear friend,"

        AE:

no way, he or she is just following a formula

"When you join Wealthy Affiliate University through this lens, or through the website linked to this lens you will save 50% off the first month of your membership. Plus, you will get 11 awesome FREE bonus eBooks, valued at aprox $247.'

If he or she ever publishes any more content I doubt it will be original...I dont mind promotions at all, but this is a really crappy version of how it should be done

great picture though, might have to appropriate that

I picked up on the marketability (gullibility?) of the Christian market a while back, I used to market payday loans and cash assistance when I first got started in aff marketing ( I stopped because, because they really arent good for people!) ..surprisingly one of my best performers was Christian cash assistance! ...in dating sites Christian mingles performed well ( same company that runs Cougar midget trisexual pagan mingles...just a different homepage) Not trying to put down any group...just know that you are a highly targetted market and many people will take advantage of that by posing as one of you while they stuff their products down your throat.

as an aside: You can watch as the spammers fancount increases...and quickly find the people who just randomly fan in hopes of reciprocation.

Way I see it - if they believe in talking snakes, you should be able to sell them just about anything. big_smile

I have a piece of olive wood. If you look at it from the right angle, you can see the face of Jesus in the grain.

      Only $5000. smile

That is not the way the target market thinks big_smile

            Yeah, but I do!

I remember one of my old RE (Religious Education) teachers explaining that if they ever put pictures in dictionaries, it would be the Christians next to the word gullible!

  9. Misha profile image65
    Mishaposted 15 years ago

Sufi, you need to make some pics first, and market them $5 each. When you get enough hype going around, you'll be able to sell your piece of wood much higher wink

Thanks for the tip - I reckon that St Paul took some fragments of the true cross to Corinth, just up the road. Should be able to find some of those wink

God spoke to me in a dream and told me where to find them.

Hi, I'm Erika and I am also new to hubpages.I have five poetry hubs up and would really like your support and encouragement. I recently came from writing site triond and the people there were just negative about my writing and not encouraging whatsoever. Yes, I am a bit inexperienced but I am getting better. I just love to write poetry.

Hi Erika - Welcome to HP. I am afraid I know nothing about poetry, but there are some good poets here - I am sure that they will drop by and give you some positive advice. You could also drop into the art forum - they have a few poetry threads in there smile

Wow. I'm really sorry that people seem to get so offended here. All I tried to do was say hi. I don't understand where I was spamming, I didn't post "please go look at www." or any links at all, so how could it be spam? I was under the impression that HubPages was a good place to promote our affiliate program, make new friends and contacts, share our ideas and beliefs...I have a hub sure, and my profile links to it, but i just honestly don't understand why i got so attacked here...because I said "God Bless"?
