Next year is going to be a big one for myself as planning on moving up a level with my cycling, tackling a mountain marathon and ill be targeting all the British Spartan Race series to get my trifecta too!

I may dip my toe in the water at the local swimming pool, does this count?

Of course it counts, though its a bit of an expensive place to wash your feet- why not push yourself into a few lengths too?

If I were even remotely interested in sports, I would just watch my desired sport on TV. Why spend (more?) money?

Zelkiro- why not consider being more active? I don't have a tv in my house and it means I'm always on the lookout for things to do and it's stopped me becoming a slob spending whole nights in front of the tv
