Stretching is under rated - yes, UNDER rated with all caps! Why am I yelling because we are hurting our bodies. We brush our teeth daily, we would leave our house without combing our hair, so why do we get up and drive to work and log into our computers, pick up the telephone or go about our daily routine without any regard to our muscles. How can we encourage stretching our muscles daily?
It's a really great thing to start your morning stretching! Even while you're still lying in bed or right after you drink a glass of water, stretching is so simple that we should really do it more often.
Take a few minutes and do some Yoga. You won't find better stretching exercises.

What is the best way to get really flexible?Is it to hold stretches for a shorter time and repeat often? Or to hold for longer time? Or a combination of both? Any tips are appreciated!!

How do you stretch without pain?Like when my gym teacher tell me to Touch for my toes and I reach down and I am suppose to hold it for 30secs but I can't because it hurts when I get a few cm. past my knees... is there a way I can pratice it so there no pain or is that a life thing? You know that...

Why does my lower back hurts when I do abs workout?I lay down on my back and do several different sit-ups, sometimes with the upper body, sometimes with the legs getting up and down. But my lower back always hurt. I can feel a gap between my back and the floor when I lay down on my back.
