Do eating bananas cause cold in babies, as my parents ask me to avoid giving them to my kiddo. What is your take on this theory.
Bananas can increase chest congestion, but they do not cause colds. Mash up the banana though to avoid the risk of choking. or put it in a mesh feeder if baby is 5 to 10 months.
Thanx for sharing, that could be the reason why bananas are avoided in winters here..
