    To anyone that's interested.

I wrote a hub to give advice on some safe dieting tips for beginners.

<snipped - do not promote your hubs in the forums>

Ive tried so many diets and most for good reasons but now Ive concluded all they is make me fatter.

So now I eat everything I want just in way smaller portions because I found that my body metabolism changes and it usually craves what I deny it anyway.
      This way everyones happy.
I remember too as a teenager and when stressing which diet to choose my dad said the name of the best diet is called "NO"
and added ( as parents always do..) if your output doesnt match your input, do the math sweetie such a cruel man lol

will go read your hub now

There are many diets and many theories of what to do and how to do it.
The biggest thing people overlook is their safety. The purpose of my hub is to provide safe methods for dieting.
In fact, the purpose of my series of articles (Creating a New You) is to provide a safe and sound approach to life.
I see more injuires and problems stem from lack of knowledge than anything else in my years as a health and fitness professional.

I'm going to check out your hub because I'm interested in the content. However, I did want to let you know that using the forums to promote your hubs is frowned upon. If you are looking for constructive criticism or your hub relates to a current discussion, that is something different.

This is a great community and I'm sure we're very happy to have you. I'm new around here myself and I would hate to see another newbie get themselves into trouble! Thanks!

ETA: I also wanted to suggest, having now read the hub in question, that you use multiple text capsules. This will not only give you more ads (if you're trying to make money, you want these) but it will also allow you to put your individual headers into the text capsule and see them appear as headers on the page. This helps in Google (H2 tags particularly, it seems).

Totally agree! It is so ridiculous that aspartame and sucralose are able to be in our foods. Sucralose contains acetone, ammonium chloride, formaldehyde, methanol and 14 other chemicals. Aspartame is much worse with the neurological effects. Stay away from Crystal Light, Diet Sodas, and other diet products. Just eat the normal natural stuff, studies prove people that eat/drink these products don't way any less than people who eat/drink regular products anyways.

When I eat anything with fake sugar by accident I get a really intense migraine. Think my body is trying to tell me something?

thank you for the information. I will get on that right now.

If posting my hubs is going to be an issue then I can delete them... My main goal is to help people if they want it.

You don't have to remove your hub just because somebody says its not working. What work for you may not work for the other its just a vise versa. Cause I believe dieting takes a lot of discipline its not just a one day magic.

I might be confused... Eaglekiwi has been here longer than I have. Besides, you're an oddity smile You're actually discussing the linked hub on the forums, which is unusual when somebody posts the link.

I'd leave it up to the staff. If they take the link out, no harm done.

Posting your HUBS isn't the issue. Promoting them on the forums is what I was referring to. By all means, keep the hubs in place. They are helpful!

I have a hub about increasing Google traffic that needs some revision but for having been here 3 weeks several of my hubs are doing quite well in Google. One has more Google traffic than it does Hubpages traffic (Venomous Snakes of North America). I edit my hubs a lot wink

Oh I meant to come back here and say ,now I cant find where I read that very thing I mentioned so no its me who added the confusion . Nevermind I understood you were trying to help .
Hahaha at me being here longer which doesnt equate to knowing more ( trust me)...actually I started with a hiss and a roar then gave up on Hubpages for four months. Just came back and enjoying it but still so much to learn.

When you go to "my account" you will see your stats, with a list of your hubs. Click on the hub you want to view and then at the top you will see a button for "stats." That will show you.

Analytics works too, but I find that the HP stats are easier!

Hi...my opinion on diet is...you should starts off with a strict and aggressive diet...strict and aggressive diet means you need some diet food for helping you to kick start your diet plan....and weight loss shakes is the best...once you can restricted yourself for taking weight loss shakes...then after certain times....you can change your eating habits and decrease the amount take for the weight loss shakes....
