In the past couple of years, there seems to have been a major push for people to eat more fiber. Why is this so? Does it deserve such promotion? What other dietary supplement deserves attention?
Good question. Fiber is an excellent fat burner and it keeps you fuller. For example, if you have a salad with your dinner and you eat the salad first, it will fill you up more. This is especially good if you are someone that likes to go back for seconds.
